California Avocado Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 English muffins, split
    4 slices Canadian bacon or 4 slices ham, fried
    4 eggs, poached
    1 california avocado
    1 cup hollandaise sauce
Preparation
    Toast muffin halves.
    Cover each half with 1 ounce bacon or ham, 1 egg, and 1/4 of an avocado, sliced.
    Top each half with 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce.
    Serve immediately.
