Healthy Avocado Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado, halved and pitted
    3 cups milk, 2% fat or 3 cups fat, free
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
    6 tablespoons sugar, you can also substitute it with same amount of honey
    1 cup ice
Preparation
    Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
