Weight Watchers 2 Point Tostadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 corn tortillas
    16 ounces fat-free refried beans
    2 cups chopped lettuce
    1 diced tomato
    8 tablespoons fat free sour cream
    4 roasted green chilies or 4 your favorite salsa
    1/4 cup diced onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Bake corn tortillas for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side until they are slightly brown on each side. You want the tortillas to be crispy. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
    Heat beans and spread 1/4 cup on each tortilla.
    Spread 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream over the beans.
    Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, green chile or salsa, and onions.
