Pork Tenderloin And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into strips
    1 teaspoon oil
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 cup water
    1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    3 cups cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Brown pork in oil.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Stir in tomato paste and water.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add beans and spices, simmer 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
