Baby New Potatoes With Creamy Parmesan Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 small new potatoes, unpeeled and cut in half
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water, bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer until tender, about 8 minutes.
    Drain and cover to keep warm.
    In saucepan over medium high heat, melt butter, whisk in flour, then milk, stirring constantly until thick.
    Season sauce with salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour sauce over potatoes and stir to coat.
