Easy Spelt Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups spelt flour
    3/4 cup cornmeal
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt (optional)
    1 cup soymilk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in wet ingredients until combined.
    Pour into 8x8 prepared pan and bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes or until toothpick pulls clean.
