Pork Chops And Apple Slices (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
    2 medium apples, peeled cored and sliced
    1 teaspoon butter
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork chops quickly; drain well.
    Arrange a layer of sliced apples in crock pot, then a layer of pork chops; repeat.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Cook on low 7-9 hours.
