Diane'S Famous "Seafood In A Loaf " Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 (4 ounce) can drained shrimp
1 (4 ounce) can drained crabmeat
2 loaves French bread
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

mix first 6 ingredients until combined.
gently mix in crab and shrimp.
stuff mixture into a hollowed out loaf and top with the parmesan cheese.
wrap the loaf in foil leaving the top exposed.
bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
cut up the second loaf of bread, as well as the inside of the first loaf and use for dipping.
