Heart Attack Cauliflower Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/3 cup milk
    6 ounces cream cheese
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Simmer the cauliflower in water with the milk added in (it will keep the cauliflower from turning color). When very tender, drain well.
    With a hand masher, smash the cauliflower while mixing in the cream cheese, butter, and cheeses to the cauliflower. Salt and pepper to taste.
