Lemon Rosemary Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemons, rind of
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Shake before using to blend.
Makes enough to season 2 pounds of meat.
