Date With A Melon Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pitted dates, diced
    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 1/2 cups peach nectar
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 cups cantaloupe, diced
    2 large bananas
Preparation
    In a container, combine dates & boiling water, then set aside for 15 minutes before covering & chilling in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    When chilled, drain the dates, then in a blender, combine the dates & all the other ingredients, processing until smooth.
    Pour into 2 tall glasses & ENJOY!
