Cucumber With Orange Flower Water - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb cucumber, washed
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
1 tablespoon orange flower water

Preparation

Peel the cucumbers, cut in half, remove the seeds then grate.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. Toss in the cucumber & chill until ready to serve.
