Crunchy Parmesan-Crumbed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup fresh breadcrumb
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
30 g butter, melted
1 tablespoon finely chopped thyme leaves
cracked black pepper
400 g chicken breast fillets, trimmed and halved
lemon wedge, to serve
roasted vegetables, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C.
Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, butter, thyme and pepper.
Place the chicken into a baking dish lined with non-stick baking paper.
Top chicken with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crumbs are golden.
Serve with lemon wedges and roasted vegetables.
