Salmon And Chive Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 g butter, melted
    1/3 cup breadcrumbs
    300 ml light sour cream
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    210 g red salmon, drained
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    1 cup grated tasty cheese
    1 tablespoon plain flour
    parsley (to garnish)
Preparation
    Brush butter over base and sides of a 24cm diameter flan dish.
    Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over base and sides.
    Place sour cream in a large bowl; gradually whisk in eggs.
    Stir in salmon, chives cheese and flour.
    Pour mixture into flan dish.
    Bake at 180\u00b0C for 30 minutes or until just set.
    Garnish with parsley and serve with salad and crusty bread, if desired.
