Artichoke Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 cup cracker crumb
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
    1 garlic clove
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons parsley
Preparation
    Drain 1 can artichokes and saute with onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
    Beat the eggs with a fork. Add the cracker crumbs, seasonings, parsley and additional artichokes.
    Fold in the onion mixture and the cheese.
    Baked in a greased pan at 325 for 30 minutes. When cool, cut into small squares.
