Cherry Vanilla Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can of pitted cherries, drained
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (not flavored)
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped ice
Preparation

Blend cherries in blender until pureed.
Add yogurt, honey, vanilla and ice.
Continue to blend until very smooth.
Pour into glass and serve.
