Crock Pot Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
    1 teaspoon oil
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    6 ounces frozen orange juice
    2/3 cup water
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
    1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    1 teaspoon marjoram
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Using a 5-qt crockpot, place fat in cooker and melt on HIGH.
    Add chops and turn to coat evenly with fat. Place onions on top of the chops.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
