Chicken (In A Zucchini Bikini) Rissoles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g ground chicken
1 zucchini, grated
1 handful of grated mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, grated
fresh basil, finely chopped
fresh parsley, finely chopped
Optionals
olive oil
gluten-free breadcrumbs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and shape into rissoles.
If you so desire (I desire), roll rissoles in gluten free bread crumbs.
Drizzle olive oil into your pan.
Cook in pan on medium-high heat.
When golden brown they are ready to serve!
Voila! Eat!
