John'S Bowtie Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces farfalle pasta (bowtie pasta)
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup chopped fresh herb (parsley, basil, or oregano)
    1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
    1/2 cup dried tomatoe
    4 scallions, chopped
    1 bell pepper
    2 cups chopped spinach
    1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
Preparation
    Cook pasta al dente.
    Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, herbs, seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
    Fold in remaining ingredients. Serve refrigerated.
