Frosted Amaretto Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
FROSTING
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
Preparation

Melt the chocolate and margarine in large saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
Stir in the remaining brownie ingredients.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9\"x13\" pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool the brownies.
Mix together the FROSTING ingredients until smooth.
Spread the frosting over the brownies.
