Vanilla Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g light cream cheese
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3 teaspoons vanilla essence
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sugar together until well combined and smooth.
    Blend in lemon juice and vanilla essence.
    Spoon into a serving dish.
    Refrigerate until needed.
    Serve with any fruit you choose.
