Savory Winter Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    3 cups winter squash puree (Hubbard works well)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 cup evaporated milk
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in sauce pan and sweat celery and onion until onion is clear.
    Mix last five ingredients well then add saute` vegetables. Bake at 350' for 1 1/2- 2 hours in a buttered casserole dish or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
