Spinach And White Beans With Garlic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces chopped fresh spinach
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini or (15 ounce) can other white beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add spinach and saute until wilted.
Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately as spinach will darken.
