Banana Blueberry Protein Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups fresh blueberries
    2 cups vanilla ice cream
    1 banana
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 scoops protein powder (we use Nutrilite brand)
Preparation
    Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed (helps with blending) and mix on high until creamy smooth.
    Add more milk if needed - but only a little at a time!
    (For a lower fat version, substitute vanilla frozen yogurt for the ice cream and use skim milk. Still yummy!).
