6 -12 canned anchovy fillets
finely minced garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

place roasted red peppers on plate.
place 2-3 anchovy fillets on peppers( more if desired).
add desired amount of minced garlic( jarred is best).
add extra virgin oil as desired.
