Sweet Multigrain Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cornmeal
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup extra light in flavor olive oil
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Combine all ingredients to form a smooth batter.
    Pour into a lightly oiled 8 X 8 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
