Simply Amazing Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces silken light tofu
    1 cup stir fry frozen vegetables
    1 cup frozen green beans
    1 cup frozen broccoli
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    1 cup frozen green beans
    1/2 cup cooked Minute brown rice
    2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
Preparation
    Spray a grill pan, george foreman, or nonstick skillet w/olive oil cooking spray.
    Put the tofu on, and turn occcasionally until equally browned.
    Meanwhile, put 1/4 cup water in another nonstick skillet, add in all vegetables and rice and cover. Cook until veggies defrost, and most of the water is absorbed.
    Stir in rice, add in 1 tbs of soy sauce.
    Put on plate, top with grilled tofu, and add remainder of soy sauce.
