1.5 Quart Crock-Pot Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sushi rice
    4 cups 1% low-fat milk
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    combine all ingredients in 1.5 quart crockpot.
    cook on high for 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
    serve plain or with ice cream.
