Forever Young Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup pitted cherries, frozen
    1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
    1/4 cup raspberries, frozen
    1/4 cup cranberry juice or 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
    1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Preparation
    Mix all in a blender.
    Pour in glasses and enjoy.
