Seafood Salad Wrap Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large whole wheat tortillas
    1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 1/2 lbs cooked peeled baby shrimp
    1/2 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    1 lb provolone cheese, sliced
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine lettuce, shrimp and crab meat, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    On each wrap lay down cheese slices.
    Load on salad.
    Wrap and serve immediately.
