Walnut Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups natural bran
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1 egg (beaten)
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
Preparation
    Heat oven 375.
    Combine the bran and buttermilk. Let stand 10 minutes.
    Combine the oil, egg, sugar and vanilla. Add to bran mix.
    Combine the flour, baking soda and powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Add to bran mix. Stir in walnuts.
    Spoon into sprayed muffin tins.
    Bake 15-20 minutes.
