Simple Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red beans, drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
3 cups brown rice, cooked
Preparation

In a skillet cook sliced sausage for about 2 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and saute till veggies are tender.
Add beans and tomatoes with thier juice.
Season with thyme, caynne, and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over rice.
