Turkey Quinoa Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 cups chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    12 ounces lean ground turkey
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    hamburger bun
Preparation
    In medium saucepan of boiling water, cook quinoa. Drain.
    Meanwhile saute vegetables and garlic in oil. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink.
    Stir in quinoa, tomato sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 6-8 minutes. Season to salt and pepper.
    Top bottom halves of buns with turkey mixture. Cover with top halves.
