Broken Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup peanut oil
    4 onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic
    black pepper
    2 bunches shallots
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    white pepper
    1/4 lb smoked sausage
    2 teaspoons paprika
    salt
    1 red pepper
    1 1/2 lbs shrimp, Broken (cooked)
    3 cups rice
    5 cups water
Preparation
    Heat oil, add onions, garlic, shallots, bell pepper, smoked sausage, paprika, salt, and peppers and saute well.
    Add shrimp pieces, rice and water.
    Bring to boil, cover, and over very low heat, steam for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Stir with fork and replace cover.
