Vegetarian Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 cup quick oats
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon sage
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine water and seasoning in a two quart saucepan and bring to boil. Add oats and cook for 5-10 minutes.
    Cool slightly and form into sausages. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on each side on an oiled cookie sheet.
