Eggless Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cake flour, sifted
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups cold water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix well.
    Make three holes in mixture for next three liquid ingredients.
    Pour vanilla into 1st hole, vinegar into 2nd and oil into 3rd.
    Pour cold water over all.
    Mix with fork or wire wisk just until well blended.
    Pour into two 9 inch pans coated with cooking spray.
    Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Cool completely in pans on a wire rack.
