Spinach And Seaweed Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gallon chicken broth
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    1 lb soft tofu, cubes
    1 cup water chestnut, sliced
    1/2 ounce dried seaweed flakes
    4 cups Baby Spinach
    2 stalks green onions, minced
Preparation
    In a 10 qt stockpot add broth, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Add in the tofu, water chestnut and seaweed. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and green onion. Stir and adjust seasoning to taste.
