Moroccan Kefta Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb finely ground chuck or 1 lb ground lamb
    1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
    1/4 teaspoon marjoram
    salt
    black pepper
    cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon ras el hanout spice mix or 1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together, adding salt, pepper and cayenne to your taste.
    Shape into patties and chill for an hour or two.
    Grill until done to your liking.
