Southern Style Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb powdered sugar (4 1/2 cups)
    6 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Butter a 9x5-inch pan.
    In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans.
    Spread quickly in a buttered 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
