Marnier Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, cubed (I like sourdough)
    1 egg
    1/3 cup half-and-half
    1/3 cup Grand Marnier (or any orange brandy)
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Mix all ingredients except bread.
    Add the bread to wet mixture and let it sit while the oven heats.
    Butter or oil a small baking dish. I like my ceramic mini pie plate.
    Dump all ingredients in the baking dish, Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
    Let it cool for a few minutes, drizzle with syrup and dive inches.
