Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup milk
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 1/4 cups flour
    1 cup Crisco shortening
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix milk and vinegar together, and set aside.
    Mix flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening with fork.
    Add milk and vinegar.
