Tasty Meatballs Without Milk - cooking recipe

2 lbs ground beef (2 pounds)
2 medium onions (2 medium)
2 garlic cloves (2 cloves)
1 cup breadcrumbs (1 cup)
1/2 cup tomato sauce or 1/2 cup ketchup
2 eggs (2)
1/2 cup beef broth (1/2 cup)
salt
pepper
parsley
sage (optional)
allspice (optional)
Preparation

Dice onions and garlic
Add to ground beef.
Add breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, beef broth, and all sesaonings to ground beef.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Form meatballs.
Place in pre-heated (400 degrees) or pan-fry.
