Pork Chops Luxembourg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb bacon
2 lbs sauerkraut
1 (15 ounce) jar applesauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 dash black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
6 pork loin chops, 1-inch thick
Preparation

Dice bacon & saute until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Mix bacon, sauerkraut,applesauce, sugar, mustard, wine, & pepper.
Saute chops on both sides until golden-brown.
Place chops on top of bacon mixture in a casserole dish.
Cover & bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
