Mock Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Preparation

In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Cook over low heat just until thickened, stirring constantly.
Do not boil.
Serve with cooked vegetables or fish.
