Celery Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head celery, chopped
1 large potato, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter
salt, to taste
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/3 tablespoons dried dill
1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation

Combine the vegetables, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Saute over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the onion is tender.
Add the chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the dill.
Puree in a blender or by using an immersion blender.
Stir in the heavy cream and heat through.
