Easy Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs (bone in, skin on) or 1 lb chicken breast (bone in, skin on)
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar (I like to use Marukan)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 garlic clove (crushed and chopped)
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation

Wash chicken well.
Put all ingredients into a medium to large cooking pot.
Let chicken soak in pot for 30 minutes.
Turn stove to medium heat, and bring ingredients to a boil.
Let boil, without stirring, for 30 minutes.
Turn heat to low, and let simmer for 15 minutes longer, or until chicken is cooked through.
