German Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
    2 cups soft cubed rye bread
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon caraway seed
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 lbs ground beef (you can use half beef and 1/4 veal and 1/4 pork if you prefer)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in abaking 8\" x 10\" baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with baked potato or homemade noodles.
