Blanquette Of Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 onion, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    3 tablespoons flour
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 lb turkey, cooked chopped rough
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
    salt and pepper
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1 cup ditalini
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy pot. Add chopped vegtables, cook untill soft. Wisk in flour and cook 5 minutes. Add broth and mix well. Bring just under a boil. Add remaing ingredients (minus Ditalini) reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Add Ditalini and continue to simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is cooked through.
