Chris'S Special Roast Lamb Leg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 kg leg of lamb
    250 g oyster sauce
    1 dash pepper, coarsely ground
    1 pinch salt
    5 tablespoons honey
    3 sprigs fresh coriander
    mixed Italian herbs
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    3 large onions, minced
Preparation
    Mix all seasoning ingredients well and ensure the entire lamb leg is well-coated with the entire mixture.
    Marinate overnight and bake for 2 hours at 180C (according to preference).
