Goldy Bear'S Honey Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup honey
8 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation

Set oven temp to 375\u00b0F
Cream honey, butter, sugar and egg.
Sift together and the flour, soda, salt, and spices.
Chill one hour.
Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
